Delivery Information
At Bunkies, we are committed to ensuring your new bunk bed arrives safely and securely. Due to the size and weight of our products, which can range from 220 kg to 340 kg, our items are classified as bulky deliveries. Please note the following important details about our delivery process:
Packaging and Shipment
- Your bunk bed will arrive parcel-packed in multiple boxes for easier transport and handling. Depending on the size and design, your order may be delivered in anywhere from 9 to 16 boxes.
- We take extra care to ensure that all components are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Delivery Service
- All deliveries are carried out by a trusted third-party transport service, and are not managed by Bunkies' internal team.
- Our third-party delivery partners specialise in handling bulky items, ensuring your order reaches you in the best possible condition. However, as they operate independently from Bunkies, we are unable to guarantee specific delivery dates or times.
Delivery Timeframes
- Estimated delivery timeframes will be provided at checkout, depending on your location. Please allow additional time for remote areas or during busy periods.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information to follow your delivery’s progress.
Important Delivery Notes
- As these items are bulky and heavy, we recommend having at least two people available to assist with moving and assembling the boxes upon delivery.
- Our delivery service is to the front door or curbside only. Please note that the drivers are not responsible for moving the items inside or setting up the bed.
Delivery Areas
- We deliver across Australia, including to major cities and regional areas. Some remote locations may incur additional delivery charges, which will be calculated at checkout.
